Digestive Reset

A two week program to support digestive balance
based on the F. X. Mayr method

The method
behind the lifestyle

A 2-week online program to support digestive balance and the body’s natural restorative processes.

The modern F.X. Mayr method involves relieving the digestive system through mild, alkaline-rich and nutrient-rich foods such as vegetables, combined with mindful eating and moderate exercise. By chewing thoroughly and enjoying the food, the body itself determines the amount consumed. Relieving the intestines reduces digestive discomfort such as bloating or constipation. Promoting natural detoxification in turn improves sleep, energy levels, posture and overall vitality. By restoring balance to the digestive system with a holistic approach, the method creates a more stable and harmonious internal environment.
